Everything was good, excellent service, AWESOME location short walk to the main tourist attractions, red square and transport links and the city centre and a metro station. Tidy and gorgeous rooms for the services offered, lovely staff. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was enchanting. Great overall experience.

Spent Xmas in a great hotel, with hot and cold water for free and amazing breakfast. Location was key! Only a short walk away from the historical center and close to different metro lines. Loved the spacious and quiet room, with free tea & coffee and daily drinking water. The converted 19th century mansion offered fascinating architecture.

Bar in the basement got too noisy during the weekends, but luckily found a nearby bar with friendly staff. No name sign outside of the hotel made it hard to find, but eventually found it.

It was also conveniently situated just off Tverskaya street, making transportation easy. We especially loved the fact that the hotel arranged fixed-rate taxis for us, making our trip to the airport hassle-free. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options, including traditional Russian delicacies.
